EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Exchange & returns are only applicable to products sold by The Romantic Encounters. For all external links and affiliate links, please make sure you review the external link brands' Exchange & Return Policy. 

This is a small business entity; we allow returns and exchange at your own expense. Before you place your order, please contact us with all your questions and size verifications prior to placing your order. 

You must request your Return or Exchange and send back to us your unwanted item(s) within 14-day after receiving your order. We refund the value of the item(s) only, and exchange based on stock availability.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags, labels, dust bags, or any other item that is considered as an integral part of the product. Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Item(s) received as a gift, can be exchanged or returned for store credit for the same value it was originally purchased.

If you need to exchange your item(s) for different size, color or something else, please place your return for a store credit first, then place another order using the store credit we issue to your account.

Once we receive your returned item(s), and inspect that items are eligible for exchange or return, we will send you an email confirmation that the return has been accepted and store credit or refund will be issued accordingly.
